Littéralement: “La bouche est en fer, mais les mains sont faites de vieux vêtements moulants.”
L’équivalente: “Beaucoup de bruit, peu de besogne.”

Ce proverbe est souvent utilisé pour décrire une situation où quelqu’un parle beaucoup mais accomplit peu.
