من ركن – من اتكل.
صبغ و في رواية سبغ – ما يرطب الخبز عند غمسه كالمرق.
يأتي هذا المثل بمعنى ان من اتكل على غيره في قضاء احتياجاته يتعب و يتعذب. هذا المثل يؤكد على أهمية الاتكال على النفس و عدم الاتكال على الاخرين دائما.
